01. What is the minimum contract period?

All contracts have a minimum duration of 1 month.

02. Fees charged for each payment processor

  • 5% fees charged by paypal
  • 5% fees charged by Skrill
  • 3% fees charged by Credit Card
  • 0.9% fees charged by Bitcoin and Altcoins Processor
  • € 6,00 EUR Bank Transfer (SEPA) and 2% Outside of the Europe
  • The fees are charged by each payment processor, not by us, which means that we get €0,00 EUR on this fees.
03. How can I terminate my server?

If you want to terminate your server you need do it with 5 days prior notice.
You should go to the Client Area and in the server overview click on Request cancellation.
All services will be shutdown if we do not get any response in this time period.

04. What is not allowed in our Network?

  • Scam Sites (ex: Ebay/Paypal,CC/Password Scam sites)
  • Mailbombers or any sort of spam sites
  • Network abuse ( When it happens, the Port is limited to 10M )
  • Phishing Sites
  • Child Porn Sites
  • Spam Emails
  • IP spoofing
  • Netscan / Hack programs and archives
  • Malicious Scripts (ex: originate DDoS attacks or hack attempts)
  • Botnet/Doorway/Carding
  • Flooding
  • Anything that can result in Spamhaus listing. The use of any of such cases gives us the right to cancel your service without notice, and without any righ to refund.
05. Can I ask for refund?

Evoluso does only provide refunds on NON-delivered services.
Once a server is delivered we dont provide a refund, unless we did not deliver what you ordered.
If the server is not delivered yet you always have the right on a refund.

06. Where are the Servers Located?

All our servers are colocated in Obe Data Centers, the best datacenter in Sweden, deep within the bedrock and is one of Swedens most spectacular data centers.
Also in Netherlands (Serverius), Luxembourg (Luxconnect) and Switzerlands Zurich.

07. What hardware do you use?

All hardware is Supermicro, Fujitsu and HP in Enterprise model.
We have our own hardware / Network and our own Team.

08. How does your support work?

Some of our servers are Unmanaged. Managed Servers are properly marked.
For all servers, we offer a responsive client area, where you will be able to restart, stop, start, reinstall, open rescue console, all this directly from your client area. We also offer IPMI KVM, so that you can do a complete maintenance of the server.
However, whenever you have a question or problem, just contact us using our contact methods.

09. What is the setup time?

The servers are delivered in: 1h ~ 24h max. (except weekends)
If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you at maximum 24 hours after the order was made.
If the order is out of stock, we will refund you the money fully.

10. Work Time?

  • Provisioning Department ( Monday to Friday | 8h / 19h )
  • We respond to all mails and Tickets as fast as possible, depending on our availability, usually in a few minutes
11. Backups or complex configurations

we do not get any backup from our clients. Thats not our policy.
We offer 100% privacy to our clients, and do not get any information or data from their servers.
Servers are delivered with Fresh OS, after that, all things, configurations or backups are total responsibility from our clients.
